When the Tanks Burst
On January 15th, 1919, Boston witnessed a disaster unlike any other. A massive tank filled with syrup burst open in the city's North End, unleashing a wave of sticky sweetness that swept through the streets like a tsunami. The flood, reaching heights 25 feet in some areas, was devastating. Structures succumbed under the weight of the sticky goo.
The aftermath was tragic. Twenty-one people lost their lives, and many more suffered injuries. The flood also caused extensive damage to property, leaving a trail of sweet devastation in its wake.

The city/Officials/Local authorities are working to clean up/contain/investigate the sticky situation, but until then, Boston is left navigating/scrambling/dealing with this sticky/treacherous/tacky predicament.
